Alex Scott Rowland, Marco Antonio Villegas Avilez and Karyle Leanne Rowland are accused of participating in a drug trafficking organization after investigators seized cocaine, methamphetamine, firearms, ammunition and thousands of dollars in suspected drug proceeds.
