NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – On August 21, 2026, GERALD FRANKLIN (“FRANKLIN”), 35, from New Orleans, was charged in a two-count indictment for being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(8), announced U.S. Attorney David I.
