Prison Law Firm (“PLF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit prisonlawfirm.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our services—all of which are intended solely for residents of the United States. If you are not located in the U.S., please do not use the Site or submit personal information.

- The Site and our services are offered to U.S. residents only. We do not target, market to, or knowingly collect personal information from individuals outside the United States.
- We do not intentionally transfer personal information internationally. Data is processed and stored in the United States.

California (CPRA) Notice
We collect identifiers, internet/network activity, approximate geolocation, and professional information for the purposes described. We do not sell personal information for money; limited “sharing” for ads/analytics may occur. Submit requests (know, delete, correct, opt-out) to privacy@prisonlawfirm.com. We will recognize qualified Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
12) Non-U.S. users
We do not offer the Site or services outside the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., do not use the Site or submit personal information. If we learn we have inadvertently collected non-U.S. personal information, we will delete it within a reasonable time.
13) Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites/services. Their privacy practices govern those properties; review their policies before providing information.
14) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. We will post the updated version with a new “Effective date.” Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Policy.
