Federal agents arrest former CEO of child & adolescent residential treatment center on federal child pornography, coercion charges

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The former CEO of a Belmont County residential treatment facility for children and adolescents was arrested by federal agents on child pornography and coercion charges.
