The Justice Department announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against Alfred Falgiani Jr., 72, of Girad, Ohio, the owner and manager of rental properties located in and around Girard, Ohio, for engaging in sexual harassment and retaliation in violation of the Fair Housing Act.
