Baltimore, Maryland – Today, the United States and Motor Vessel Dali Chief Engineer, Karthikeyan Deenadayalan, entered into a Deferred Prosecution Agreement in which he admitted to conduct that constitutes a criminal violation of the Ports and Waterways Safety Act.
