MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Tommy Lynn Byrd, Jr., age 37, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury in Indian Country, punishable by up to ten years in prison and a $250,000.00 fine.The Indictment alleged that on January 9, 2025, Byrd assaulted the victim, resulting in serious bodily injury.
