Tallahassee, Florida – Brandon Garrett Ursrey, 46, of Tallahassee, Florida has pleaded guilty in federal court in Tallahassee on one count of attempted enticement of a minor. John P. Heekin, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida, announced the guilty plea.
