Canadian Citizen Pleads Guilty in D.C. in Sextortion Scheme that Targeted 145 Children in the U.S.

Ramanan Pathmanathan, 40, of Toronto, Canada, pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court in connection with a prolific sextortion scheme that targeted more than 100 young children across the United States.
