United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced today that U.S. District Judge Eric C. Schulte has sentenced a Sioux Falls, South Dakota, man convicted of Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding a Federal Officer. The sentencing took place on February 3, 2026.
