Memphis Man Pleads Guilty to Possessing Water Piks Stolen from Interstate Shipment

Memphis, TN – A Memphis man has pled guilty to one count of being in possession of goods stolen from interstate shipment.  D. Michael Dunavant, United States Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee, announced the guilty plea today.Gregory Luss, 44, pled guilty on March 3, 2026 before United States District Judge Thomas L.
