Greenbelt, Maryland – A Maryland man learned his fate in federal court today, in connection with an arson conspiracy. U.S. District Judge Theodore D. Chuang sentenced Stephen Kennedy, 34, of Temple Hills, Maryland, to 45 years in prison.
