Sweet Springs, Missouri Man Indicted for Engaging in Business of Manufacturing Explosives, Unlawfully Possessing Unregistered Destructive Devices and Distributing Information Relating to Manufacturing Explosives

Jordan Derrick, 40, of Sweet Springs, Mo., has been charged by a federal grand jury with one count of engaging in the business of manufacturing explosive materials without a license, one count of unlawful possession of unregistered destructive devices, one count of unlawful possession of components that can readily be converted into destructive devices, and one count of distributing information relating to manufacturing explosives.
