Indictment Charges Hartford Man on Federal Supervised Release with Illegally Possessing Loaded Firearm

A federal grand jury in New Haven has returned an indictment charging KEVIN BARCO, 41, of Hartford, with unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon.
