ALBANY, NEW YORK – Defendant, Allen McGraw, a.k.a “Snoop”, age 46 of Utica, New York, was sentenced on August 21, 2026 by United States District Judge Mae A. D’Agostino to 24 months in federal prison to be followed by a term of three years of supervised release. The sentence stems from his conviction of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. McGraw previously admitted to possessing with the intent to distribute cocaine on September 25, 2024, and for being responsible for the possession with intent to distribute between 100-200 grams of cocaine as part of the drug trafficking organization.
