A federal grand jury returned a four-count indictment today against Ricardo Landeros, 39, a citizen of Mexico, illegally residing in Keyes, charging him with being a felon in possession of a firearm, being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm, possessing a machine gun, and possessing an unregistered firearm.
