Baltimore, Maryland – A Baltimore man received a federal-prison term, today, stemming from an attempted drive-by shooting. U.S. District Judge Matthew J. Maddox sentenced James Beverly, Jr., 40, to 54 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person in connection with the East Baltimore shootout.
