U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Miguel Angel Guevara-Murillo, 35, of Stockton, California, who was convicted of possession of device-making equipment, was sentenced to time served (approximately nine months) by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo.
