Baltimore, Maryland – A federal grand jury returned an indictment, charging a Baltimore County man in connection with a violent carjacking. Kylin Stubblefield, 41, of Catonsville, Maryland, is charged with carjacking, using, carrying, and brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, and possessing a firearm and ammunition as a prohibited person.
