Clifton Park Telehealth Company to Pay $300,000 to Resolve Allegations of Improper Billing for No-Show Visits and Other Services

The settlement resolves a whistleblower lawsuit filed under the qui tam provisions of the False Claims Act by a former Aptihealth employee.
