COASTAL DIAGNOSTICS, LLC, a reference laboratory located in Branford, and its owner, TRICIA CONROY, have entered into a civil settlement agreement with the federal and state governments and have paid $145,720 to resolve allegations they made material misrepresentations to the Connecticut Medicaid program in their Provider Enrollment Application.
