CINCINNATI – U.S. Attorney Dominick S. Gerace II announced today that the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed the convictions and lifetime prison sentences imposed against two Dayton men for their roles in the 2019 killing of Dayton Police Detective and DEA Task Force Officer Jorge DelRio.
