Eight inmates guilty of possessing cellular phones while incarcerated in Beaumont’s Federal Correctional Complex

Eight inmates have pleaded guilty to possessing contraband while incarcerated at a federal prison in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney Jay R. Combs.
