Federal jury convicts three conspirators in $11M Medicaid fraud and kickback scheme

E'mon and Armone' Ambers, 31, and Traquan Brown, 32, were convicted on charges relating to an $11M Medicaid fraud scheme through a Henrico-based mental health agency.
