Illegal Alien from Guatemala Sentenced to More Than Eight Years in Federal Prison for Being an Illegal Alien in Possession of a Firearm

Silvino Herrera-Munoz, who is in the United States illegally, will spend the next 102 months in federal prison after being convicted of being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm.
