Illegal Alien Pleads Guilty To Unlawful Reentry

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that ALFONSO VALERAS, a/k/a Sebastian Nicolas Eusebio, a/k/a Nicolas Eusebio Sebastian, a/k/a Sebastian Eusebio Nicolas, a/k/a Sebastian Euseibo Nicolas, a/k/a Eusebio Nicolas-Nicolas, a/k/a Mariano Perez-Hernandez, a/k/a Eusebio Nicolas Sebastian, a/k/a of Eusebio Nicloas Sebastia, age 43, a Guatemalan national unlawfully present in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien, punishable by a term of imprisonment of not more than two years, and a fine of not more than $250,000.00.The Indictment alleged that on July 1, 2026, Valeras, an alien, was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on February 10, 2006, January 31, 2009, September 10, 2010, and August 12, 2015.
