HARRISBURG – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Kenroy Watt, 50, a native and citizen of Jamaica, was indicted by a federal grand jury for illegally re-entering the United States after previously being deported. According to U.S. Attorney Brian D. Miller, the indictment alleges that Watt illegally reentered the United States without proper authorization and was found in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on December 10, 2025. Watt was previously removed from the United States through Miami, Florida, on July 28, 2016, after a conviction for an aggravated felony.Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) investigated the case. Assistant United States Attorney Scott Ford is prosecuting the case.This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.The maximum penalty under federal law for this offense is 20 years of imprisonment, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine. A sentence following the finding of guilt is imposed by the Judge after consideration of the applicable federal sentencing statutes and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.Indictments and Criminal Informations are only allegations.
