A Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania man has admitted to working with an alleged gang member to sell fentanyl in North Central West Virginia, announced U.S. Attorney Matthew L. Harvey. Ramon Juan Sims, Jr., 29, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute fentanyl.
