U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that James M. Lajoie, 31, of Niagara Falls, NY, who was convicted of possession of child pornography following a prior conviction under New York law relating to sexual abuse, was sentenced to serve 139 months in prison and 10 years supervised release by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
