Greenbelt, Maryland – The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced, today, that authorities arrested a Hyattsville man in connection with a fraud scheme that targeted senior citizens. Roy Dave Davis, 34, of Hyattsville, is charged by criminal complaint with bank fraud.
