Mexican National Deported 3 Times Pleads Guilty to Illegally Reentering U.S.

JULIO CESAR FERNANDEZ-SALAZAR, 44, a citizen of Mexico, pleaded guilty today before U.S. District Judge Stefan R. Underhill in Bridgeport to unlawful reentry of a removed alien.
