A Morgantown, West Virginia man will spend the next 20 years in federal prison for multiple counts of receiving and possessing child pornography, announced U.S. Attorney Matthew L. Harvey. Christopher Harp, 41, was sentenced today to 240 months in prison. Harp was convicted at trial in April 2024 of three counts of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
