Nashua Man Indicted for Bank Robbery

Nashua Man Indicted for Bank Robbery CONCORD – Mario Monserrate Morgan, 41, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was indicted by a federal grand jury for unarmed bank robbery, U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan announces.  According to the indictment, Morgan robbed a Citizens Bank located at 238 Main Street in Nashua on June 9, 2026. He will appear in federal court in Concord on a later date. If convicted, Morgan faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Sentences are imposed by a federal district court judge based upon the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and statutes which govern the determination of a sentence in a criminal case.The details contained in the indictment are allegations. The defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.The Nashua Police Department led the investigation with valuable assistance provided by the FBI. Assistant U.S. Attorney Mike Shannon is prosecuting the case.
