MOBILE, AL – Two non-citizens were arrested and charged today with unlawfully voting in federal elections. Staciann Pollion Davis and Silvia Delgado Phelps appeared before a U.S. Magistrate Judge in Mobile following their arrests on federal charges of voting as an alien.
