Northern District of West Virginia Part of National Health Care Fraud Takedown Resulting in 455 Defendants Charged in Connection with Over $6.5 Billion in Alleged Fraud

Today, United States Attorney Matthew L. Harvey announced civil settlements with two defendants in connection with alleged schemes to defraud Medicare and Medicaid. The civil settlements are part of the Department of Justice’s 2026 National Health Care Fraud Takedown.
