Memphis, TN – Tyrone Nelson, aka “Swag”, 38, of Ripley, Tennessee, has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for possessing with intent to distribute over 50 grams of actual methamphetamine. D. Michael Dunavant, United States Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee, announced the sentence today. According to information presented in court, in the summer of 2025, Nelson was identified as a narcotics distributor in the Lauderdale County community.
