Jackson, TN – Danny Trotter, 51, Carla Stout, 38, and Randi Black, 40, have been sentenced for their roles in engaging in a monthslong conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Henry and Carroll counties. D. Michael Dunavant, United States Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee, announced the sentences today.Through the utilization of controlled purchases of methamphetamine, traffic stops, physical surveillance, and the execution of search warrants, law enforcement officers were able to determine that Carla Stout was supplying Danny Trotter and Randi Black with hundreds of grams of methamphetamine for redistribution.
