Uruguayan fugitive arrives in the United States to face charges of laundering proceeds of his drug-trafficking organization

Uruguayan national and alleged cocaine trafficker Sebastian Marset Cabrera, 34, was charged in federal court in Alexandria today for his alleged role in a money laundering conspiracy.
