Tacoma – A Jamaican citizen was sentenced late yesterday in U.S. District Court in Tacoma to three years in prison for wire fraud for his lottery scheme that cost an elderly victim more than $600,000, announced First Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles Neil Floyd.
