Greenbelt, Maryland – A Washington, DC man is headed to federal prison for nearly two decades for robbing several United States Postal Service (USPS) mail carriers at gunpoint. U.S. District Judge Lydia K. Griggsby sentenced DeAngelo Lewis, 30, to 17 years in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, after a federal jury convicted him of numerous charges during an eight-day trial in April.
